1. Participate in building company’s project management system, including rules and standards.
2. Responsible for assisting project leaders in making project plans, coordinating project resources, and reducing project risks.
3. Responsible for providing project management advice consulting, delivering training in project management methods and tool application, and support.
4. Responsible for monitoring the project implementation process, including project initiation, process and project closure. Identifying project major obstacles and assisting project leaders in completing projects on time, within budget, and up to the quality.
5. Responsible for measuring and analyzing project progress, and regularly publishing relevant project analysis reports;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or communication,
2. 2+ years’ working experience of PMO or at least 4 times project management experience of middle-scale software projects.
3. 2+ years’ management experience in software and at least 3 times management experience of middle-scale projects.
4. Strong knowledge in project management, processes, and methodologies.
5. PMP or quality management CMMI would be a plus
6. Solid ability in analyzation, generalization, conclusion, and writing. Someone who is a good team player, creative, able to think logically, communicate clearly, and execute.
7. Mandarin language ability is a must
8. English or Japanese language ability is a plus.
